Core Capabilities

End-to-end coverage of the shipping journey, from shipment note to proof of delivery

Shipment note generation

Generate a shipment note from a sales order in one click; product, quantity and the customer's delivery details are carried over automatically, with support for full or partial shipment and no re-keying.

WMS picking

Each shipment note drives a WMS picking task with the picking route optimized by bin location, while stock is locked and deducted in real time — lifting both picking speed and accuracy.

Scan-verified outbound

Scan each item against the product, quantity and batch during outbound; mis-scans or skipped items raise an instant alert, and outbound is confirmed only after verification — stopping wrong and missed shipments at the source.

Logistics API integration

Integrate the open APIs of major express and LTL carriers such as SF Express, JD Logistics, ZTO and Deppon; book online and get a tracking number instantly, with no switching between carrier portals.

Batch & serial traceability

Shipment records are linked to batches and serial numbers, so you can trace exactly which customer received each item — giving quality tracing and recall management a solid, auditable basis.

Proof of delivery

Logistics status syncs automatically; delivery milestones are fed back into the system and can be pushed to customers, with proof of delivery on file so in-transit and delivered status is always at hand.

Use Cases

Flexibly adapts to different business models

01
Multi-warehouse shipping

Ship from the nearest of multiple warehouses, with smart warehouse selection by available stock and customer region; a single order can be split across warehouses for partial shipment, with outbound linked to stock deduction.

02
Bulky LTL freight

Move heavy, bulky goods on LTL lines via open APIs from carriers like Deppon and ANE; obtain tracking numbers and status online, with freight cost and transit time clear at a glance.

03
E-commerce drop-shipping

Connect e-commerce orders for bulk fulfillment, auto-match and one-click print shipping labels, and scan to verify outbound — cutting manual effort and the risk of wrong shipments.

Shipping Workflow

A closed loop from shipment note to proof of delivery

1
Create shipment

Generate a shipment note from a sales order in one click → product and delivery details carried over → assign the shipping warehouse

2
Pick & outbound

WMS-driven picking with scan verification of product, quantity and batch, deducting stock in real time to confirm outbound

3
Dispatch

Book online via major carrier APIs to obtain a tracking number, print the label and hand over to the carrier for dispatch

4
Proof of delivery

Logistics status syncs back automatically → customers can track in real time → proof of delivery is filed to close the loop

FAQ

Questions you may have

Which carriers are supported?

We integrate the open APIs of major express and LTL carriers such as SF Express, JD Logistics, ZTO, YTO, Yunda, Deppon and ANE. You can book a shipment and obtain a tracking number online without switching between carrier portals. Carriers that are not yet integrated can also be entered manually.

How does scan-verified outbound prevent wrong and missed shipments?

During outbound, each item is scanned against the shipment note. The system validates the product, quantity, batch and serial number against the order in real time, raising an alert the moment something is mis-scanned or skipped. Outbound can only be confirmed once every item passes verification, stopping wrong and missed shipments at the source.

Can I track logistics status?

Yes. Once a tracking number is generated, the system automatically syncs the carrier's status across every node, from pickup and transit to delivery, and can push updates to customers automatically, so both your team and your customers always know the in-transit status.

Does it support multi-warehouse shipping?

Yes. Warehouses can be assigned automatically or manually based on rules such as nearest warehouse, available stock or customer region. A single order can also be split across multiple warehouses for partial shipment, with each warehouse's outbound linked to stock deduction and tracked in one place.
