Core Features

Complete capabilities across omni-channel fulfillment

Multi-warehouse Inventory

A multi-level inventory model of central / forward / regional / store sub-warehouses, with permission isolation and independent ledgers.

Store Sub-warehouses

Each store is a sub-warehouse, matched to the nearest warehouse by LBS distance to speed up same-city fulfillment.

Smart Order Routing

Composite scoring by distance / stock / category / AOV / carrier capacity automatically selects the optimal warehouse for outbound.

Same-city Delivery

Integrated with Dada / SF Intra-city / Meituan Errand / Fengniao, delivering to the door in 30–90 minutes.

In-store Pickup

Choose the nearest store when ordering, scan to redeem in store — no shipping fee, available the same day.

Cross-warehouse Transfer

When out of stock, a transfer order is automatically generated to restock from a nearby warehouse, with visualized transfer tracking.

FAQ

Questions you may care about

Can it integrate with an existing WMS / warehousing system?

Yes. The system provides a standard OpenAPI and event Webhooks, with ready-made adapter templates for Wangdiantong / Wanliniu / Jushuitan / Flux / self-built WMS; inventory events, outbound notifications, return receipts and other data sync bidirectionally, avoiding manual reconciliation.

How do you choose between cross-city and same-city delivery?

The system automatically judges distance / timeliness by delivery address: within the same-city range (30km) it uses same-city third-party carriers + store sub-warehouses, and beyond 30km it uses traditional couriers such as SF / YTO / ZTO; thresholds and carrier priorities can be configured in the admin panel.

Does in-store checkout require a separate setup?

No. The Stores module comes with a built-in store-checkout H5, integrated with WeChat Pay / Alipay / cash / stored-value cards, supporting scan-to-order, scan-to-redeem and paper-receipt printing; it can also integrate with the customer's existing POS system.

How is pickup redeemed? Is misclaiming prevented?

The customer chooses a pickup store when ordering, and a staff member scans the order QR code to redeem it in store; the QR code dynamically refreshes every 5 minutes + order-status verification ensures uniqueness. It also supports pickup SMS verification codes, facial verification and other high-security scenarios.

How is return reverse logistics handled?

It provides a return reverse flow: the customer submits a return → the system computes the nearest store / warehouse → door pickup or customer mail-back; after return receipt, stock is automatically reverted into inventory, and points deduction / refund are completed in linkage.

How is the inventory-sharing strategy set for multiple stores and warehouses?

Three modes are supported: ① fully shared (all warehouses share one inventory pool); ② shared by region (shared within the same province); ③ independent ledgers (each warehouse deducts independently). Strategies can be configured separately by category, milestone and campaign period, and a mix is common in retail scenarios.
