Smart routing + price-comparison routing cut freight cost by 12–18% year over year.
Offline stores become forward warehouses + pickup points, generating stable online orders even when closed.
Multi-warehouse shared inventory + smart transfer raise overall turnover and move slow-selling stock faster.
Questions you may care about
Yes. The system provides a standard OpenAPI and event Webhooks, with ready-made adapter templates for Wangdiantong / Wanliniu / Jushuitan / Flux / self-built WMS; inventory events, outbound notifications, return receipts and other data sync bidirectionally, avoiding manual reconciliation.
The system automatically judges distance / timeliness by delivery address: within the same-city range (30km) it uses same-city third-party carriers + store sub-warehouses, and beyond 30km it uses traditional couriers such as SF / YTO / ZTO; thresholds and carrier priorities can be configured in the admin panel.
No. The Stores module comes with a built-in store-checkout H5, integrated with WeChat Pay / Alipay / cash / stored-value cards, supporting scan-to-order, scan-to-redeem and paper-receipt printing; it can also integrate with the customer's existing POS system.
The customer chooses a pickup store when ordering, and a staff member scans the order QR code to redeem it in store; the QR code dynamically refreshes every 5 minutes + order-status verification ensures uniqueness. It also supports pickup SMS verification codes, facial verification and other high-security scenarios.
It provides a return reverse flow: the customer submits a return → the system computes the nearest store / warehouse → door pickup or customer mail-back; after return receipt, stock is automatically reverted into inventory, and points deduction / refund are completed in linkage.
Three modes are supported: ① fully shared (all warehouses share one inventory pool); ② shared by region (shared within the same province); ③ independent ledgers (each warehouse deducts independently). Strategies can be configured separately by category, milestone and campaign period, and a mix is common in retail scenarios.
