Is distribution commission taxable? How is it handled?

Individual distributors fall under "labor remuneration" or "business income"; once above the individual income tax threshold, personal income tax should be withheld and remitted. The system provides compliant tax calculation and filing support, can integrate with flexible-employment platforms for disbursement and compliant tax handling, and auto-accrues individual income tax when a single transaction reaches the threshold.

What happens if a buyer refunds after the commission is settled?
