Questions you may care about

Can members from the App, mini program, independent site and stores be merged?

Yes. Members has a built-in OneID identity-merge engine that performs real-time merge and deduplication using multiple recognition factors such as phone number, UnionID, OpenID and card number; both new and historical members can be imported in one go, building "one person, one record" omni-channel member assets.

Do points need to be reset? How are reset strategies configured?

It supports three reset models — by calendar year, by tier validity period, and by dynamic rolling based on the last purchase date — and can reach out with reminders in batches 30/15/3 days before reset. From an accounting perspective, it also provides points-liability reports, making it easy for finance to release "dormant points" back into operations at a measured pace.

Are stored-value cards / prepayments compliant from a regulatory standpoint?

Yes. The system supports integration with bank custody accounts, reserve-fund accounts and third-party payment fund splitting; prepaid-card issuance limits, refund traces and per-user balance caps all provide auditable reports in line with the Administrative Measures for Single-Purpose Commercial Prepaid Cards.

Can historical data be migrated from other membership systems?

Yes. We provide templated import tools supporting bulk migration of basic profiles, points balances, stored-value balances, coupon packs and order ledgers; for common sources such as Tmall / JD / Youzan / Weimob / WeChat card packs, ready-made ETL adapters are available.

Is on-premises deployment supported? How is data security ensured?

Three deployment modes are supported: public cloud, hybrid cloud and fully on-premises. The on-premises edition offers an MLPS Level 3 security plan with sensitive-field encryption + behavior-log audit + an SM cryptography option, helping finance, government, enterprise and retail-group customers achieve compliance.

Can it integrate with existing CRM, WeCom SCRM and other systems?

Yes. Members provides a standard OpenAPI and event subscriptions, supporting integration with systems such as Hoobang CRM, WeCom SCRM, Salesforce, Youzan and SAP CRM; tag profiles can sync bidirectionally, letting member assets flow seamlessly between front-end marketing and sales follow-up.
