Core Features

Complete capabilities across the entire order lifecycle

Full Order Flow

Six visualized steps — order / pay / pick / ship / receive / review — with automatic alerts when a node times out.

Aggregated Payment

One-stop checkout for WeChat Pay / Alipay / UnionPay / Apple Pay / bank card / Stripe / PayPal.

Splitting / Merging

Smart splitting by warehouse, category and shipping method; multiple orders from the same customer can be merged for shipping to save freight.

Shipping / Self-pickup

Freely combine multiple fulfillment methods — third-party e-waybills, local delivery, in-store self-pickup and overseas consolidation.

Refund / Address Change

Visually configure order approval flows; unshipped orders support instant refund, and shipped orders auto re-dispatch the logistics waybill on address change.

Anti-fraud Risk Control

Real-time detection and interception of abnormal IPs, bulk ordering, fake addresses and coupon-abuse behavior, keeping orders cleaner.

Use Cases

Flexibly adapted to different business models

01
Big-promotion / High-concurrency Retail

Big sales such as Double 11 and 618 support ten-thousand-level TPS ordering, with payment throttling and stock deduction preventing oversell.

02
Multi-warehouse, Multi-store Fulfillment

Smart order routing to the nearest warehouse / optimal courier, hybrid fulfillment with in-store self-pickup + same-city flash delivery.

03
Cross-border / Multi-currency

Multi-currency settlement, overseas payment channels, tax splitting and customs-declaration fields completed in one stop.

Workflow

From order placement to receipt, order fulfillment flows in a standardized way

1
Place Order

The user submits the order, stock is reserved and deducted, and coupons / points / stored value are deducted in sync

2
Payment

Aggregate multiple payment channels; the payment-success event triggers risk control and shipping orchestration

3
Warehouse Outbound

Smart routing to the nearest warehouse / store, with WMS picking and packing integrated with e-waybills

4
Logistics Receipt

Real-time logistics-tracking feedback + receipt notification, automatically triggering the review / after-sales window

FAQ

Questions you may care about

Which payment methods are supported? Is integration complex?

Out of the box it supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, Apple Pay, quick bank-card pay and corporate online banking; overseas it supports Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Airwallex and more. Once the merchant provides the merchant ID / app ID, we complete integration and joint debugging within 1–2 days, including failure fallback, reconciliation order-pulling and exception order patching.

How are unpaid orders handled on timeout?

The system configures timeout rules separately by order type (30 minutes for regular orders, 5 minutes for flash sales, deposit period for presales, etc.); on expiry it automatically closes the order and releases reserved stock and promotional resources. It also provides automatic payment-reminder SMS / official-account reminders "5 minutes before timeout".

What rules govern order splitting / merging?

Splitting rules execute by warehouse affiliation, category (e.g. fresh goods form a separate order), shipping method (land / air) and export-declaration combinations; merging rules combine by customer, delivery address and outbound time window. Thresholds and priorities can be visually configured in the admin panel.

How fast are refunds? Do they go through manual approval?

Unpaid / unshipped orders use automatic refunds, with funds usually returned via the original route within 1–3 business days; shipped orders follow a configurable approval flow by amount, customer and refund reason. Ordinary support staff can handle small instant refunds (e.g. within ¥500), while large amounts go through a traceable second-level approval.

How are taxes / customs fields handled for overseas orders?

The system supports automatic calculation of VAT, consumption tax and tariffs by destination-country rules, providing customs HS Code and personal ID fields (ID card / customs registration code), integrating with international logistics providers such as Cainiao / SF International / DHL, with e-invoices meeting IRS, HMRC, EU and other regulatory requirements.

Can it integrate with an existing ERP / OMS?

Yes. Orders provides a standard OpenAPI and event Webhooks, supporting bidirectional order and shipping sync with ERPs such as Kingdee / UFIDA / SAP / Oracle, and can also integrate with OMS systems such as Wanliniu / Wangdiantong / Jushuitan, ensuring order and inventory data consistency.
