Mall members and CRM customer profiles connected for more complete profiles.

Financial Reconciliation

Payment/refund data is automatically reconciled into the finance system.

Interface Security

Signing + authentication + rate limiting protect interfaces from abuse and attacks.

Real-time monitoring and alerts on interface calls, response time and error rate.

Use Cases

Flexible adaptation to different business models

01
Brand Mall

Official mall + distributor orders flow back to the ERP in a unified way.

02
Distribution System

Automated order split-accounting and commission settlement for multi-tier distribution.

Unified management of Amazon/Shopify/independent-site orders.

Workflow

A standardized integration process, completing testing and go-live in 3-5 business days

1
Interface Review

Inventory the interface lists and data fields of both systems and confirm the integration scope

2
Data Mapping

Field alignment, enum value mapping and unit conversion, writing the mapping rules

3
Integration Testing

Full-chain testing in a sandbox environment, covering normal/exception/retry paths

4
Launch & Monitor

Gray-scale release to production, with real-time monitoring of success rate and alerts, 7×24 on duty

Technical Highlights

Enterprise-grade middleware, so integration no longer worries about stability

Standard API/SDK

Three protocols covered — REST + GraphQL + WebSocket, with multi-language SDKs for Java/PHP/Python/Node

Message Queue Peak Shaving

RocketMQ / Kafka asynchronous decoupling, with zero backlog of million-level orders during business peaks

Checkpoint Retry Mechanism

Idempotent design + exponential-backoff retry guarantee no data loss even with network jitter or the other system going down

Encrypted Data Transmission

Triple protection of HTTPS + AES + signature verification, with sensitive fields (phone/ID) encrypted separately

Call-chain Tracing

SkyWalking full-chain tracing locates abnormal links in 5 minutes, ending mutual finger-pointing between the two sides

Accumulated Integration Templates

50+ integration templates for mainstream systems such as Yonyou/Kingdee/SAP/SF Express/WeChat Pay, ready out of the box

FAQ

Questions you may have

Which common ERP, payment and logistics systems are supported for integration?

On ERP: mainstream systems such as Yonyou U8/NCC, Kingdee K3/Cloud Galaxy, SAP and Oracle EBS all have ready-made integration templates; on payment: WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, PayPal, Stripe; on logistics: SF Express, JD Logistics, Cainiao Guoguo, the "four+one" couriers, and cross-border DHL/UPS/FedEx; others such as DingTalk, WeCom, Kingdee Stardust and Keruyun POS also have accumulated templates.

What's the average testing cycle?

When the other system has open standard APIs, single-interface integration usually takes 1-2 business days; medium complexity (3-5 interfaces of order+inventory+member) takes 3-5 business days; if the other side needs custom interfaces or a middleware solution, the cycle is 2-4 weeks. We provide a clear WBS before the contract.

How is interface stability SLA guaranteed?

The commercial edition promises 99.95% availability (≤21 minutes downtime per month), and 99.99% for core transaction interfaces. Underlying architecture: dual-datacenter hot standby + automatic failover, message-queue peak shaving, idempotent retry; on failure, on-duty engineers are alerted immediately via WeCom/phone.

Can call status be viewed in real time after integration?

Yes. We provide an independent monitoring dashboard: real-time interface QPS, success rate, average response time and error details; it supports custom alert rules (success rate dropping below a threshold, a single interface failing N times in a row, response time P99 exceeding 1s, etc.), with alerts synced to the ops group and SMS.

What if the other system has no open interfaces?

Three solutions are provided: ① RPA bots simulating operations (for legacy ERP systems); ② direct database sync (requires an authorized account from the other side); ③ scheduled Excel import bridging (for financial reconciliation). The specific plan is recommended after a preliminary feasibility assessment.

Is on-premise deployment supported?

Yes. Three modes are provided — SaaS, dedicated cloud and on-premise deployment. The on-premise option is compatible with mainstream Linux and homegrown (Kunpeng/Phytium/Kylin) environments, has passed MLPS Level 3 and ISO27001 certification, and is an option for financial, government and enterprise customers.
