Questions you may care about
Yes. The same product can maintain multiple box specs and packaging methods (such as standard outer box, reinforced outer box, mixed-pack box, etc.). Each spec independently records outer-box/inner-box dimensions, units per box and gross/net weight, and the corresponding data is auto-populated by the selected spec when generating a packing list.
Yes. The system divides the order line-item quantity by the units per box to automatically calculate the total carton count (including remainder-carton handling), aggregates total gross weight, net weight and volume, and generates a standard packing list (Packing List) in one click — no manual line-by-line calculation needed.
Yes. Multiple built-in main-mark and side-mark shipping mark (Shipping Mark) templates support custom layout of fields such as product name, destination port, carton number, gross/net weight and country of origin. Templates can be customized per customer or destination country and, once generated, printed or exported to PDF in one click.
Once the single-carton outer-box dimensions and single-carton gross/net weight are entered in the box spec, the system automatically aggregates total gross weight, total net weight and total volume (CBM) by carton count and syncs them to the packing list and documents, with zero volume-calculation error — no more manual Excel math.
Yes. Box spec and volume data are seamlessly fed to the smart container loading module to help the stowage algorithm improve in-container utilization; meanwhile packing list fields auto-sync to the export documentation module, achieving enter-once, reuse-everywhere.
