Core Capabilities

Full coverage of foreign-trade pricing, from multi-currency to tiered prices

Multi-currency price list

Hold prices in USD, EUR, CNY and more on one product, each currency priced individually, so overseas customers see a quote in their own currency.

Real-time FX conversion

Built-in live rates auto-convert from a locked base currency; lock the rate when issuing a formal quote so the deal price never drifts with FX swings.

Customer-tiered pricing

Set tiered prices and exclusive discounts by customer tier and purchase volume; the same product automatically uses the right pricing policy per customer.

Cost-plus pricing

Generate selling prices by applying a markup to purchase cost; when the cost moves, quoted prices update in sync, preventing below-cost quotes.

Price validity periods

Each price has an effective and expiry date with auto-expiry reminders; promotional and standing prices are maintained separately without clashing.

Price syncs everywhere

Multi-currency and tiered prices are shared in real time across quotations, orders, the DTC site and e-commerce — change a price once and it applies everywhere.

Use Cases

Flexibly adapts to different foreign-trade pricing models

01
Multi-country, multi-currency quoting

Quote European and Southeast-Asian customers in USD and EUR respectively — one product, one multi-currency price list, no manual FX.

02
Tiered customer pricing

Distributors, direct accounts and key accounts each have their own pricing — exclusive tiered prices and discounts apply automatically by tier.

03
Cost-driven repricing

When raw-material costs or FX move, prices update automatically by the markup rules — hold the margin floor and never quote below cost.

Pricing Workflow

A closed loop from setting prices to quoting customers in multi-currency

1
Set Base Price

Enter purchase cost and a base-currency price → set a cost-plus markup → generate the floor selling price

2
Configure Currencies

Auto-convert to multiple currencies at live rates, maintain or lock each one, and build the multi-currency price list

3
Tiers & Validity

Set tiered prices and discounts by customer tier, with effective and expiry dates for each price

4
Quote & Sync

Quotations and the DTC site auto-apply the right currency and tier price → change a price once and it syncs everywhere

FAQ

Questions you may have

How do I maintain prices in multiple currencies for a single product?

A single product can hold a multi-currency price list in USD, EUR, CNY and more at the same time. You can price each currency individually, or lock one base-currency price and let the others convert automatically at real-time exchange rates, so overseas customers see the price in their own currency on the quotation.

Are exchange rates updated in real time, and do they affect quotes already sent?

The system has built-in real-time exchange rates and also supports manually locked rates. Day-to-day conversion uses live rates, but when issuing a formal quote you can lock the current rate onto the quotation, so prices on quotes already sent do not move with rate fluctuations — flexible yet with a fixed deal price.

How are customer-tiered prices and cost-plus pricing configured?

You can set different tiered prices and discount rates by customer tier (distributor / direct / key account), and define cost-plus rules that automatically mark up the purchase cost into a selling price. When the cost changes, the quoted price updates in sync, preventing below-cost quotes.

Can the pricing strategy connect to quotations and the DTC site?

Yes. The multi-currency price list and tiered prices maintained on the product are shared in real time across quotations, sales orders, the DTC site and e-commerce platforms. Change a product price once and it takes effect everywhere — no need to re-maintain it in each system.
